Its artistic reinterpretation of the vaunted Staunton pattern gives the set a distinctive look, while the pieces and chess board feature hand-burnt designs. The King and Queen pieces also use crowns made from the opposing wood type for a strong color contrast.
The complimentary chess board is lacquered, folds in half for storage, and includes traditional rank and file labels.
