Bring the world of The Lord of the Rings to your chess collection with this Berkeley Chess set of pieces in Brown and Natural. Made from crushed marble and high quality bonded resin, these solid pieces are designed to be impressive to display and satisfying to use.
The sculpture captures fine facial detail, including the nose, eyes, mouth, and expression, with artwork by Dennis Fairweather. The characters include Aragon, Lady Galadriel, Treebeard, Gandalf, Bilbo, Frodo, the Hobbits, Sauron, Shelob, Gollum, Saruman, Nazgul and the Orcs. The King stands at 5.9".
Each piece is finished with a protective felt base and presented in practical packaging. Berkeley Chess, based in rural Somerset in the South West of England, combines traditional production techniques with careful moulding, staining, and polishing to bring these figures to life.
