The art of Pangai Noon Uechi Ryu originated from the fighting styles of the tiger, dragon and crane in the legendary land of Fukien Province of China. In this two DVD series, Mark Stewart sheds some light on the little shown hidden motions of kata. He works with the Sanchin, Scisan and the Sanseiryu kata.

Mark is a renown veteran of the martial arts who was a protégé of Guro Ted Lucaylucay as well as a student of Dan Inosanto. As a member of the U.S.A. Savate team, he has twice competed in France and was also one of the youngest 5th Dans in the world of the Uechi Ryu karate family.
