The Hoopsking D-Fender Basketball Defensive Dummy Mannequin is a basketball training aid designed to create a more realistic defensive practice setup. It features two adjustable arms and two legs for drills that simulate passing around a defender, shooting over an opponent, and working on game-like moves.
Its limbs adjust 180 degrees with a velcro fastener, and the frame is made of steel. The heavy weighted steel base removes the need for sand or water filling, while the mesh defender part can be folded down for easier storage when not in use.
