The 15In Radius X 18In Wide Rocker is a balance and movement training tool designed for core work, coordination, and stability practice.
It features a firm 55 ILD polyurethane core sandwiched between two 1.25" thick layers of crosslink polyethylene. The cover is crafted of long-wearing 18 oz. coated vinyl.
Ways to use a rocker: with the rocker on the flat side, try feet on and walking hands around in a circle, feet on and bridge up kick over, belly on and walk hands out to a push up and then back, back arched stretches, or using it as a climbing obstacle in a course. With the rocker on the curved side, try balancing on hands and knees, surfing feet side to side, or planking on it to balance.
