Filler consists of firm 55 ILD polyurethane core sandwiched between two 1.25" thick layers of crosslink polyethylene. Cover is crafted of our long-wearing 18 oz. coated vinyl. Fun Turtle Graphic printed on the sides.
WAYS TO USE A ROCKER!
With the rocker laying on the flat side:
Feet on and walking hands around in a circle
Feet on and bridge up kick over
Belly on and walk hands out to a push up and then back
Back arched stretches
Climbing obstacle as part of a course
With the rocker laying on the curved side:
Balancing on hands and knees
Surfing feet side to side
Plank on it and balance
Basically, lots of balancing skills to improve core strength!
