The 15In Radius X 18In Wide Turtle Rocker is a versatile balance tool designed for movement, core work, and coordination exercises. It features a firm 55 ILD polyurethane core sandwiched between two 1.25" thick layers of crosslink polyethylene.
The cover is made from long-wearing 18 oz. coated vinyl, and a fun Turtle Graphic is printed on the sides. It can be used on the flat side for exercises like walking hands around in a circle, bridge up kick over, belly-to-push-up transitions, back arched stretches, and climbing obstacle practice.
