The 15In Radius X 18In Wide Turtle Rocker is a versatile balance tool designed for movement, core work, and coordination exercises. It features a firm 55 ILD polyurethane core sandwiched between two 1.25" thick layers of crosslink polyethylene.
The cover is made from long-wearing 18 oz. coated vinyl, and a fun Turtle Graphic is printed on the sides. It can be used on the flat side for exercises like walking hands around in a circle, bridge up kick over, belly-to-push-up transitions, back arched stretches, and climbing obstacle practice.
With the curved side down, it supports balancing on hands and knees, surfing feet side to side, and plank balance work to help improve core strength and stability. Explore more in Fitness & Training > Mobility & Recovery > Balance & Stability or compare it with the 15In Radius X 18In Wide Rocker.
