This LifeFitness cable is made for some strength equipment models, including the SM21 Cable Crossover with Adjustable Pulley by LifeFitness.
It is the cable only and does not include the cable end for the snap clip. The manufacturer recommends inspecting cables weekly after installation and replacing them annually.
