This grip is 16" long and has a 15/16" (.938) inside diameter. The grip may require you to cut to length for where it fits.
The grip fits different models of Hammer Strength by Life Fitness. The grip works as a replacement for the pull-up bar on several models. The grip also fits the carriage assembly of the linear hack squat and the rack out of the glute drive.
The handle grip is closed-end to provide a smooth finish for the hand grip it fits.
