This Schwinn sleeve for seat and handlebar posts fits into the bike frame, allowing the handlebar or seat post to insert into the sleeve.
It measures 4" Length x 1 3/4" Width and is intended for Schwinn indoor cycle applications. Sleeve does not fit all Schwinn indoor cycles, such as not compatible to SE models.
If your handlebar or seat post is too tight and cleaning plus lubrication do not solve the issue, try switching the handlebar or seat post with one from another bike. If the problem still exists, replace the sleeve.
