Sleeve fits into bike frame and the handlebar or seat post inserts into the sleeve. Sleeve does not fit all Schwinn indoor cycles, such as not compatible to SE models.
Tip: If your handlebar or seat post is too tight and proper cleaning and lubrication do not fix the problem, try switching the handlebar or seat post with one from another bike. If the problem still exists, replace the sleeve.
