This Schwinn split sleeve fits into the bike frame, with the seat post or handlebar inserting into the sleeve. It is designed for use with square seat post or handlebar post.
Size: 6 3/8" Length x 1 9/16" Width. Sleeve does not fit all Schwinn indoor cycles.
If your handlebar or seat post is too tight and cleaning and lubrication do not fix the issue, try swapping the handlebar or seat post with one from another bike. If the problem still exists, replace the sleeve.
