This set features a 4.4" King with a 1.9" diameter base. Each chess piece is hand carved by master artisans, crafted from the highest grade woods, heavily weighted, and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads.
Built for practical play while maintaining a refined look, the Avant Garde design combines graceful up-swept stems, piece-to-piece design consistency, mold-breaking Knights, and a radical King’s finial. It also includes an Individually Numbered Certificate of Authenticity and an original manufacturer's plaque with engraved production details and adhesive backing.
