The Streamlight Sidewinder Compact III Aviation Light NVG-Mount is a hands-free lighting tool built for aviation use, with a helmet- and MOLLE-mountable design and compatibility with existing Sidewinder mounts and accessories.
It delivers 275 lumen white light with a 113 meter beam distance when using CR123 batteries, and survival mode provides more than 100 hours of runtime. The aviation model also includes white, green, blue, and IR LEDs, with 4 brightness levels and a strobe option for each LED. The body tilts 185 degree to help you aim light where you need it.
Built in a high-impact, super-tough nylon case, it is IPX7 waterproof to 1m for 30 minutes and 3m impact-resistance tested. It uses one AA alkaline or CR123A lithium battery (included), and it also accepts one lithium AA battery for extended operation in extreme temperature environments (-40°F to 150°F).
