The Quiver Chess Set Combination from The House Of Staunton brings together the essentials for tournament play and easy transport in one complete set.
It includes Triple Weighted Regulation Plastic Chess Pieces in a traditional Staunton pattern, with a 3.75" king and 1.5" base diameter. The complete set has 34 pieces and includes two additional queens for pawn promotion. The pieces are made of plastic and are designed to withstand tough abuse, with triple weighting for improved stability and performance.
Also included is a Vinyl Tournament Chessboard with 2.25" squares and rank and file labels on all four sides, making it ideal for beginners. The board is made of high-grade vinyl, resists dirt, tearing, and spills, and rolls up into a tight tube-shape for transport. The Quiver Chess Bag measures 21" x 6" when flat, features an easy-to-open/close zipper and adjustable shoulder strap, and is large enough to hold the chess pieces, rolled-up board, and other small items. It is made of high-grade canvas and resists dirt, tearing, and spills.
