The US Chess Supreme Tournament Chess Set Combination is a complete chess set for club, tournament, and scholastic players. It includes triple weighted regulation plastic chess pieces, a US Chess-branded premium vinyl chess board, and an exclusive Supreme Chess Bag.
The pieces use a traditional Staunton pattern and include a 3.75" king with a 1.5" base diameter. The set has 34 pieces total, including two extra queens for pawn promotion, and the pieces are manufactured out of plastic to withstand tough abuse.
The premium vinyl tournament chess board measures 20" x 20" with 2.25" squares and rank and file labels on all four sides. It is made from high-grade vinyl, will always lie flat, rolls up into a tight tube-shape, and features the US Chess Logo on the side and h1 square. The Supreme Chess Bag measures 24" x 9" and is designed to hold all chess equipment, including a clock, scorebook, and 2 pencils; it also has two zippered compartments, two internal loops for the rolled board, a removable shoulder strap, two nylon handles, and can hold any chess clock, including the Chronos.
