The HDO Black Finishing Polishing Pad with CCS Technology is a black foam pad made for final refinement, jeweling, and very light swirls on soft paint.
Use it with extra fine finishing polish to refine a corrected surface to a flawless gloss and remove cutting haze from earlier correction steps. On very soft paints, it can also be used as a one-step process for very light swirls.
CCS Technology™ uses strategic patterns of partially closed foam cells to slow polish absorption, reduce pad skipping, and help the pad run flat on the working surface. The dual-layer design reduces lateral/horizontal movement, lowers friction inside the pad, and helps increase durability by reducing heat and foam fatigue. Fits a 6" backing plate.
