The HDO Orange Polishing Pad with CCS Technology is a 6.5" x 1" foam polishing pad designed for fine scratches and general light swirls. It can be used with a medium-cut compound or polish.
CCS Technology uses partially closed foam cell pockets to help slow polish absorption, reduce pad skipping, and keep the pad running flatter on the working surface. The dual-layer design also reduces lateral movement, lowers friction inside the pad, and helps improve durability by reducing heat and foam fatigue.
The orange foam can also work as a cutting pad on softer paints or when defects are not too severe. On harder paint surfaces, it is a strong choice for finishing to a brilliant gloss. Fits backing plate: 6".
