The adidas Training Mat is built for ground exercises, offering 10mm responsive cushioning to help reduce pressure on the joints and improve comfort during training.
It uses closed-cell technology to help minimise moisture absorption, so it is easier to wash, keep sweat-free, and stay clean. The mat also features stitched fabric edging for durability and a special ridge texture on the underside to help grip smooth surfaces and reduce movement.
When rolled out, it measures 183cm (6’) long and 61cm wide, giving you plenty of room to work out effectively.
