The Lifeline Functional Training Cable is a versatile resistance device designed to help you work your full body in multiple planes alone or with a partner.
It supports dynamic exercises like twists, punches, and chops, plus presses, curls, rows, extensions, squats, and lunges. Available in 5 Resistance Levels: R2-20lbs per cable; R3- 30lbs per cable; R4-40lbs per cable; R5-50lbs per cable; R7-70lbs per cable. Each cable features a webbing Integrated Anchor, a Padded Foam Sleeve in the middle, two (2) Sliding Foam Handles, two (2) Loop Handles, and webbing loop anchors at both ends.
Easily move between upper body, core, and lower body exercises by anchoring the Integrated Anchor or Loop Handles up or down: set it high for down ward movements, set it low for upward movements, or center it for presses and rows. Available color options include Maroon/black and Pink/black.
