These dumbbells help protect floors, reduce noise, and support exercises for evening out strength imbalances, improving coordination, and activating more muscle fibers compared with bars. The hex design is useful for plank-push up-row exercises and helps prevent rolling. They feature triple knurled chrome handles, rubber over-molded heads, and heads secured to the handles with high pressure and heat for a strong, stable joint.
Available in weights from 5 lb. to 50 lb. in 5 lb. increments. Handle dimensions: 5-10 lb. dumbbells have 28mm diameter handles and 15 lb. and greater have 34 mm diameter handles. The handle length between heads is 130 mm for all weight levels.
