The hex design helps keep the dumbbells from rolling and is useful for plank-push up-row exercises. Rubber over-molded heads help protect your floor and the dumbbells while reducing noise. The heads are secured to the handles with high pressure and heat for a strong, stable joint.
These dumbbells are available from 5 lb. to 100 lb. in 5 lb. increments. The triple knurled chrome handles are ergonomically designed for a secure, comfortable grip. Handle dimensions: 5-10 lb. dumbbells have 28 mm diameter handles and 15 lb. and greater have 34 mm diameter handles. The handle length between heads is 130 mm for all weight levels.
