The Hurricane™ Portable Basketball Goal is built for competition-style play in a fieldhouse, gymnasium, or anywhere upper end, aggressive basketball is played.
It features a 96" extension distance from base to backboard, meeting all NCAA and National High School Federation requirements. The unit includes the FT235 Unbreakable 42"x72" competition tempered glass basketball backboard, FT196 Full-Tilt 180 degree breakaway basketball goal, and FT72C TuffGuard bolt-on backboard padding.
Rim height adjusts easily from 10' down to 6' with a low maintenance extension spring design. One person can roll the unit into place and set it up, and the heavy foam padding protects players on the front, sides, and back of the base unit. A boom extension pad is also included, along with rear hold downs required by the NCAA and NHSF for competition portable goals.
