The pieces use the traditional Staunton pattern, include a 3.75" king with a 1.5" base diameter, and come as a complete set of 34 pieces with two additional queens for pawn promotion. The pieces are manufactured out of plastic and are meant to withstand the toughest abuse.
The Vinyl Tournament Chessboard features 2.25" squares, rank and file labels on all four sides, and is made from high-grade vinyl that will resist dirt, tearing and spills. The Basic Chess Bag measures 8.5" x 6.5" and has an easy-to-open/close zipper to secure the chess pieces during transport.
