This Basic Chess Set Combination includes Triple Weighted Regulation Plastic Chess Pieces, a Thin Mousepad Style Tournament Chessboard, and a Basic Chess Bag.
The pieces follow a Traditional Staunton pattern and include a 3.75" king with a 1.5" base diameter. The complete set has 34 pieces, including two additional queens for pawn promotion. The pieces are manufactured out of plastic and are meant to withstand the toughest abuse.
The Thin Mousepad Style Tournament Chessboard has 2.25" squares, rank and file labels on all four sides, a non-slip rubberized underside, and is guaranteed to lie flat, will not crease, and are completely washable. The Basic Chess Bag measures 8.5" x 6.5" and is made of durable vinyl with easy, large open/close zippers.
