The Millennium Chess Classics Element is a chess computer module made of elegant real wood for MILLENNIUM Exclusive & Supreme Tournament chessboards. It adds piece recognition and combines two legendary engines: The King by Johan de Koning and ChessGenius by Richard Lang.
Switch between the two programs from the start menu, with no unplugging needed. The programs also share 9 memory slots for saved games, so you can play with one engine and analyze with the other.
The King includes Comfort mode with self-adjusting playing strength levels and Elo levels, while expert mode lets you play against an engine up to 2500 ELO and configure your own personalities. ChessGenius can resign in hopeless positions or offer a draw, and includes 2 opening libraries plus 7 additional special books.
Technical details include a lit display with multi-stage dimming that can be switched off, an ARM Cortex M7, 300MHz processor, adjustable CPU clock frequency from 10 - 300 MHz, 384KB RAM, a standard 4-pin mini-din cable connection, 7 device languages (DE / GB / FR / NL / ES / IT / RU), and USB updatability. Power adapter connection is 100 - 240V 50/60 Hz input - 9V 1A output; the power adapter is not included and uses the adapter from M820/M850. Battery operation is available with the optional M825 ChessVolt module.
