Expertly handcrafted in the USA by The House of Staunton, this prototype signature luxury chess board features 2.5" Bloodwood (dark) and Curly Maple (light) square blocks.
The playing surface is just shy of 0.5" thick, the board stands 1.5" tall overall, and it measures 24.25" x 24.25". The frame uses a stacked lamination of Cherry and Curly Maple, with a Peruvian Walnut delimiter and Birdseye Maple corner inlays for a refined finish.
