The 2023 Saint Louis Rapid & Blitz Commemorative Series Chess Pieces are a limited edition chess set honoring the Saint Louis Rapid & Blitz tournament.
Only 10 sets have been produced, and the commemorative 2023 sets will never be produced again. Each set includes 34 chessmen, including four Queens, an original manufacturer's plaque with the production number, a House of Staunton Premium Chess Box with the Rapid & Blitz name and logo laser engraved on the lid, and a Certificate of Authenticity hand-signed by all ten participants.
This commemorative series was created in cooperation with the Chess Club and Scholastic Chess Center of St. Louis and celebrates the 2023 event featuring Le Quang Liem, Wesley So, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, Ian Nepomniachtchi, Alireza Firouzja, Fabiano Caruana, Anish Giri, Sam Sevian, Jeffery Xiong, and Ray Robson.
