The 2024 Saint Louis Rapid & Blitz Official Series Chess Pieces are a limited edition DGT-enabled chess set from The House of Staunton, created in cooperation with the Chess Club and Scholastic Chess Center of St. Louis.
Only 5 sets have been produced, and the official 2024 sets will never be made again. Each set includes 34 chessmen, including four Queens, plus a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity signed by all 10 players. The pieces are weighted with the patented weighting technique (U.S. Patent No. 11,000,757) and come with a lifetime warranty against hairline cracks.
Each chess set is packed in a House of Staunton Premium Chess Box with the Rapid & Blitz name and logo laser engraved on the lid, and includes an original manufacturer’s plaque indicating the production number.
