The Burnt Golden Rosewood Grandmaster Series Chess Pieces feature a 4.0" King with a 1.625" diameter base. These chessmen are hand carved by master artisans and crafted from the highest grade Boxwood and Golden Rosewood.
Built for practical play, the pieces are heavily weighted and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads and a gloss finish. Each new set includes 34 Chessmen, including four Queens, following the standard introduced by The House of Staunton in 1993.
