The Chesterfield Series Luxury Chess Pieces are a full club-sized chess set with a 4.4" King and a 2.0" diameter base.
Hand carved by master artisans and crafted from the highest grade woods, these chessmen are heavily weighted and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads and a beautiful finish. Each set is new and includes 34 chessmen, with four Queens, a standard introduced by The House of Staunton in 1993.
Every set also comes with an Individually Numbered Certificate of Authenticity and an original manufacturer's plaque indicating the production number, with an adhesive backing that allows it to be affixed to the underside of a chess box.
