This set features a 3.75" King with a 1.5" diameter base. The pieces are hand carved by master artisans, crafted out of the highest grade woods, heavily weighted, and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads.
Each new set consists of 34 Chessmen, including four Queens, a standard introduced by The House of Staunton in 1993. Built for a balance of distinct beauty and functionality.
