The Dublin Luxury Chess Pieces are a faithful revival of a rare early Victorian treasure, recreated from the original Dublin pattern with meticulous attention to historical detail.
Each piece is crafted from the finest Boxwood and Ebony, and the King stands 4-1/8" tall with a 1-1/2" diameter base. The set is heavily weighted, with green billiard cloth base pads for stability and a refined feel during play. The Kings also feature Black English leather pads embossed in gold.
