The Reproduction Of the 1939 Olimpico Chess Pieces is a full tournament-sized chess set from The House Of Staunton.
It features a 3.75" King with a 1.5" diameter base. The chess pieces are hand carved by master artisans, crafted out of the highest grade woods, heavily weighted, and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads and a beautiful finish.
Each set is new and includes 34 Chessmen, including four Queens, following the standard introduced by The House of Staunton in 1993.
