The Sovereign Series Chess Pieces are a refined wooden chessmen set designed for practical play and elegant presentation. This set features a 4.0" King with a 1.55" diameter base.
Each piece is hand carved by master artisans and crafted from the highest grade woods. The chessmen are heavily weighted and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads and a beautiful finish. Each new set consists of 34 Chessmen, including four Queens, a standard introduced by The House of Staunton in 1993.
