The Teramo Series Luxury Chess Pieces from The House Of Staunton are a full club-sized chess set designed for both practical play and elegant display. The set features a 4.4" King with a 2.0" diameter base.
Each chess piece is hand carved by master artisans and crafted out of the highest grade woods. The pieces are heavily weighted and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads and a beautiful finish.
Every new set includes 34 chessmen, including four Queens, a standard introduced by The House Of Staunton in 1993. The set also comes with an Individually Numbered Certificate of Authenticity and an original manufacturer's plaque with adhesive backing for attachment to the underside of a chess box.
