This Walnut and Maple Antique Tiroir Chess Board with Storage Drawers features a veneered chessboard with a satin finish and 2.25" squares.
Unlike traditional chessboards that need a separate box for piece storage, this classical tiroir display chessboard includes two drawers with individual compartments. Each drawer will hold 34 Staunton Pattern Chessmen (**Recommended - Between 3.5"-3.875" King for the 2.25" square Tioroir) and includes an additional compartment for draughts (checkers).
