Ngo Cho Kun originated in the late 1800s in Fujian province, China, and was developed by Chua Giok Beng using techniques from Peho (Fujian White Crane), Koo Kun (Monkey Boxing), Tai Cho (Grand Ancestor boxing), Lohan (Internal Buddhist Boxing) and Tat Chun (Damo's Iron Body Training). Alexander Lim Co is the Philippine's most renown Chinese Kung Fu practitioner and was an "in-door" disciple of Ngo Cho Kun's late grandmaster Tan Ka Hong.
