It includes 1st set of closing the distance from a jab, hook punch, and double punch; 2nd set gun defense to the forehead, stomach, side, back, and reaches for gun; 3rd set knife defense; and 4th set stick defense, disarming, and strikes. Professor David James has over 25 years of martial arts training, including several years under Shihan Lou Ferrer, Professor Rico Guy, and Professor Florendo Visitacion.
