This 2000 release runs 41 minutes and is digitally remastered from the original videocassette master. The program is part of the Ngo Cho Kun (Five Ancestor Fist Kung Fu) series, which traces its roots to Fujian province, China.
Ngo Cho Kun combines techniques from Peho (Fujian White Crane), Koo Kun (Monkey Boxing), Tai Cho (Grand Ancestor boxing), Lohan (Internal Buddhist Boxing), and Tat Chun (Damo's Iron Body Training). Alexander Lim Co is the Philippine's most renown Chinese Kung Fu practitioner and was an "in-door" disciple of late grandmaster Tan Ka Hong.
