Five Fists of Power; Part 1 is a martial arts instructional DVD featuring Gerald A. Sharp and published by I&I Sports.
This 1995, 60-minute program covers Hsing-I basic training for hands and stances, applications and forms training for the 2 Splitting Fists, the Drilling Fist, and the four variations of Bursting (Crushing) in the Jiang Rong Qiao Hsing-I system. It also introduces the slight angles, turns, and close range techniques of this rare internal art.
Hsing-I Chuan is an internal martial arts system used to improve health, power, and strength. The Five Fists, 12 Animals system was popularized by Jiang Rong Qiao, a student of both Zhang Zao Dong and Li Cun Yi. Sharp studied the system with Zou Shuxian and also with internal arts Master Cheng Jie Feng.
This DVD is digitally remastered from the original videocassette master. Although picture and sound have been enhanced, some quality degradation may still exist. Most specialty-title manufacturers now duplicate instead of replicate and use inkjet printed covers, which is the standard publishing process. Contents are 100% guaranteed authentic.
