This I&I Sports martial arts staff is designed for Hanbo and Jo staff training and demonstrations. It features solid one-piece construction from select American hardwood with an octagonal cut design that is strong, yet not brittle.
Measuring 60" x 1.06" and weighing approx. 34 oz., it has enough flex to handle most training and light contact. It is sealed with a natural finish and crafted in the USA. The diameter can vary from 0.95" - 1.15". NOT for full contact training. Always train under proper supervision.
