The 7 X 10, 187-page book covers one & two hand openings, hand transfers, pin end and latch end holds, finger rolls, handle transfers, aerials, and more. The included Ronin Gear practice knife features a 1.25" thick rounded, perforated dull blade that cannot be sharpened, plus high quality metal construction with optimal weight and balance.
The practice knife is 5" closed, 4" blade and has silver slotted handles. It is described as a 'training replica' and is legal under most state & local laws because it cannot be made into a functional knife. CAUTION: Always train under proper supervision. NOT designed for contact training!
