Feet on and walking hands around in a circle
Feet on and bridge up kick over
Belly on and walk hands out to a push up and then back
Back arched stretches
Climbing obstacle as part of a course
With the rocker laying on the curved side:
Balancing on hands and knees
Surfing feet side to side
Plank on it and balance
Basically, lots of balancing skills to improve core strength!
