The Aai Mens Quick Release U-Base Single Bar Trainer is a compact training apparatus designed to use minimal space while allowing quick change of bars between men's and women's programs.
Bar settings adjust from 44" to 91-1/2" (112 to 232cm) in 20cm increments, and from 91-1/2" to 99-1/4" (232 to 252cm) in 5cm increments. It uses AAI® shot-peened stainless steel men’s horizontal bar, with pivot points 94-1/2" (240cm) center-to-center. AAI Copper Compression Sleeves on the apparatus cables help improve apparatus performance.
Included parts are Safety Collars, Single Bar Trainer, Quick Release Conversion Kit, and Horizontal Bar. It requires four 3/4" floor anchors, which are not included.
