This non-cabled single bar trainer is designed to set your height lower than the current system while saving space by removing the cables used with other single bar trainers.
It adjusts from 12” to 72” in 6” increments and consists of two bases, two uprights, and one “soft” 8' Graphite E bar. The uprights allow the Graphite E Rail to be interchanged with either a 6' rail or men's horizontal bar. The uprights are 76-1/4" tall and built from 3" tubing, while the round bases are 6-1/2" tall and 13-1/2" in diameter with slotted holes for added clearance if there are imperfections in the concrete surface.
