The Floor Training Bar 6" High is a portable practice bar designed for gymnastics drills like squat ons, handstands, pirouettes, push ups, and stalls above the bar.
It features maple wood rails attached to sturdy welded steel bases. The bar measures 6" high and 48" long, holds up to 80 lbs, and includes low profile support legs that measure 18" long. It also works especially well with handstand trainer bunji-type devices.
