The Kick Up Handstand Carpet Mat & Raised Block Combo is made for students learning a kick up to a handstand. It includes a 25" x 50" soft back carpet mat and a 24" x 12" x 4" crosslink filled Royal Blue Block.
The mat helps students practice the starting lunge position with a generic start foot, so they can choose which foot goes in front. As hands go down, the setup helps users come back up into the proper position without slipping or moving.
The block features a hook fastener that attaches to the carpet, plus easy-to-see white dots for hand placement. It can also be used against a wedge mat or octagon for better accuracy and skill development. You can also purchase the KUH-101 Carpet only.
