The Resnick Clear Hip Trainer is a clever padded obstacle invented by Neil Resnick to help gymnasts keep their hips away from the bar while developing and practicing clear hips.
Use with two people—one works the bar while the other, either a coach or another gymnast on recovery time, adjusts the pad from pike to clear hip position. It fits snugly around a standard 1.5" diameter rail and fastens securely with Hook and Loop closure.
