This Table Trainer 10 cm (4") Mens Block Only is designed to work with a table trainer setup and provides a simple height conversion option.
It measures 48" Long x 36" Wide x 4" tall and comes with hook/loop flaps to attach to the table trainer, transforming it from the 125cm womens height to the 135cm mens height.
