This training pod and 6' x 6' mat combo is designed to help teach pommel horse skills. The pod is marked with an X to help with proper hand placement.
The included mat measures 6' x 6' and is filled with 1-3/8" thick crosslink. It is covered with 18oz vinyl, comes in 4 sections for easier storage, and the sections connect with Hook and Loop fasteners. It is made to fit virtually all Dome Trainers.
