The Tumbl Trak Mountain Bar System is built for bar skills, shaping, and conditioning with a specially engineered wooden bar rail mounted to a steel frame and secure foam mats.
Designed by Brett Wargo, it supports beginner drills like squats and tap swing shaping, as well as advanced work such as giant swing shaping and Tkatchev drills. The system is made to stay stable during use, with the bar secured to the mat so it will not move or shift.
It comes in three pieces and features a 3-ft x 4-ft footprint, with the bar extending out another 8-in. The 1-1/2" Beech wooden rail measures 36-in long and is nestled between the layers of the mats for maximum stability. The gently sloping top mat helps create the tight arch and hollow needed on uneven bars.
